SHOP WHOLESALE ONLY PATTERNS
This page is only for approved shops and resellers to purchase my patterns wholesale.
As long as I have the patterns in stock when you purchase, wholesale orders ship in 3-5 business days unless I am traveling for my day job. If I need to order more patterns to complete your order, shipping is in 10-15 business days.
Minimum order: 5 patterns of any combination.
Authorized Resale Channels
By completing a wholesale purchase from Jittery Wings Quilt Co., you agree to the following resale terms.
Jittery Wings Quilt Co. patterns may only be sold through brick and mortar quilt shops or through a shop's own designated retail website. Resale on third party marketplace platforms, including but not limited to Etsy, Amazon, eBay, or similar large scale online marketplaces, is strictly prohibited.
Wholesale customers are responsible for ensuring that any staff, representatives, or affiliates selling on their behalf comply with these terms. Jittery Wings Quilt Co. reserves the right to cancel wholesale privileges for any account found to be in violation of this policy, with or without prior notice.
By placing a wholesale order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Authorized Resale Channel terms as a condition of your purchase.
